Mayor Rahm Emanuel named Ricardo Meza, a member of the 2016 Unity Award Dinner Committee, to the Chicago Task Force on Removing Barriers to Employment and Entrepreneurship. The task force is intended to provide recommendations for cutting red tape in relation to job and business opportunities.
