Lights, Cameras, Action: The Do’s and Don’ts of Videoconferencing in the Courts

Effective June 1, 2020, in response to the ongoing COVID-19 Emergency, the Illinois Supreme Court entered M.R. 30370 stating that “… each circuit may return to hearing court matters, whether in person or remotely, according to a schedule to be adopted for each county by the chief judge in each circuit.”  This free online CLE* will discuss the order and the developing use of videoconferencing in the courts.
