The Evolution of Emojis in the Law: Emojis Coming to a Case Near You

Join us for another CLE* in a series per Illinois Supreme Court Rule 794(d) effective July 1, 2017 requiring Illinois attorneys to take one hour of diversity and inclusion CLE during each two-year reporting period.  This CLE will discuss the evolution of emojis in the law, whether age, gender and other demographics influence the use of emojis in court proceedings, and how emojis are being used and interpreted in the courtroom.
